The only allergen contained is WHEAT GLUTEN.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Once opened, close the pack, and consume within 6/7 days.

Freezable. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

FRYING PAN: Place on a warm dry frying pan and cook at medium heat form 1 minute each side.
