JOHN JEVENS

MANAGING DIRECTOR

John founded the business in 2004 and has worked in the food industry for more than twenty years. He built the company from the ground up, focusing on reliable service, consistent quality and strong relationships with customers.

Under his leadership, the business has grown steadily and continues to adapt to the needs of the market while keeping the same straightforward values it started with.

ILYAS MUSA

GENERAL MANAGER

With over 15 years in the foodservice industry, Ilyas has extensive experience in commercial management and brand development.

Since joining Bray Foods in 2019, he has progressed through senior roles to become General Manager for the UK, previously serving as Head of Global Sales, where he drove growth across the EU and Middle Eastern markets, including Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.

He has also held positions at Brakes Group, one of Europe’s largest foodservice businesses, and at Belgian manufacturer Gourmand.

RAZA RUBBANI

SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Raza brings over two decades of experience in food and beverage sales and operations, with a career built around growing profitable commercial relationships across foodservice, hospitality, and wholesale.
 
Having held senior sales and operations roles across some of the UK’s leading F&B and FMCG distributors, Raza understands the full picture from winning and retaining accounts to managing the supply chain behind them.
 
He joins Bray Foods to build new partnerships from the ground up, working closely with foodservice operators and wholesale partners to build long-term commercial relationships grounded in product knowledge, sector expertise, and genuine partnership, applying everything he’s learned across 20 years in the industry.

DONNA JEVENS

MARKETING MANAGER

Donna Jevens is our Lead Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager. She leads the creative direction across Bray Foods and our sub-brands Colourful Bakery, Avanza Cuisine and Really Low Carb, bringing a strategic and commercially focused approach to every project.
 
With over 15 years’ experience working within the food and drink sector, Donna combines deep industry knowledge with a strong creative vision. Previously, she has worked with some of Manchester’s leading creative agencies, giving her a broad perspective across branding, marketing and campaign development.
 
Donna thrives on the versatility of our brands, using her expertise to deliver engaging, high-impact creative that keeps every day dynamic, varied and inspiring.
